Aged on its lees for several months before bottling to add complexity and body. Fresh and elegant with golden apple, white peach, grapefruit aromas and floral notes. Versatile and approachable wine. Lovely on its own, with seafood or fresh and smoked salmon.
Orange and spice along with peach and dried apricots, rich green pepper and caper finish.
