Product description
Grapes from a vineyard planted in 2008 in the area of Berchidda (Olbia Tempio), in Sardinia. Trained using the low cordon and short Guyot methods. Hand-harvested. The grapes are refrigerated for 24-48 hours. After destemming, the grapes are kept at 0°C for 48-72 hours before light pressed. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a week. It is aged on lees for several months. Fresh and elegant with golden apple, white peach, grapefruit aromas and floral notes. Versatile and approachable wine. Lovely on its own, with seafood or fresh and smoked salmon.
