Product description
The vines are grown on the old riverbed soils of Waipara Valley, which impart excellent drainage and mineral characteristics to the grapes. This terroir supports the development of intense fruit flavours and vibrant acidity. The wine undergoes cool fermentation to preserve its aromatic qualities, with no oak influence for a fresh, fruit-forward style. Maceration and pressing are done gently and It is fermented entirely in stainless steel. Expressive wine with aromas of tropical fruits such as passionfruit and guava, complemented by citrus zest and a touch of gooseberry. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, showcasing vibrant acidity and a crisp, refreshing finish.
