2017 Quinta da Silveira Reserva Tinto, Douro DOC
Sourced from old vines and produced using traditional methods including grapes crushed by feet and fermentation in open tanks (lagares) using natural yeasts. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. Intense aromas of violets, red cherry, mocha and cedar and an unctuous palate with soft tannins and a floral finish.
2023 Dom Salvador Alvarinho, Vinho Verde
Dom Salvador expresses the essence of Alvarinho and its Vinho Verde terroir. Vibrant in appearance with lemon, grapefruit and pineapple aromas. It is packed full of juicy nectarine and peach flavours, hints of passion fruit and a sensationally zesty finish.
2022 Bojador Tinto Espaço Rural, Alentejo
Made with Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, fermented in concrete tanks and matured for 6 months in french oak barrels. A lovely red with intense aromas of red berry fruits and hints of chocolate. Medium to full-bodied with soft tannins.
2022 Somontes Colheita Branco Casa Da Passarella, Serra da Estrela
Made from indigenous grape varieties Malvasia Fina, Verdelho and Encruzado. Maceration and fermentation take place in temperature controlled stainless steel tank to keep the aromaticity. This wine stands out for its freshness and mineral character, elegance and citrus fruit flavours.

Wonderfully expressive aromas of fragrant violets, typical of the Touriga Nacional grape. Rich and full-bodied, showing dark chocolate, black fruits and peppery spice. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels. Great with red meats and spicy dishes..
