The past few months have been among the most difficult that many of us have ever faced, so we wanted to say a BIG thank you for helping us do something really positive for the Greenwich area at the same time.

When lock-down began, we were very aware how difficult that would make the lives of some of the people living near us.  So we decided to give a percentage of revenue from the shop and online sales in the local area to Greenwich Foodbank.  Like all foodbanks, they do amazing work giving emergency food and support to people in crisis.

We are delighted to say that we have raised £6,990 for Greenwich Foodbank!

It has been a very tough few months for the Foodbank team. Donations dropped at the same time that demand was climbing. The number of volunteers who were able to help dwindled and, like every other organisation and business, they have had to completely re-engineer all of their processes.

This money will help to top-up the food donations that they receive with purchases from local wholesalers and fund a move to much-needed new premises.  Thank for supporting us during this difficult time and therefore Greenwich Foodbank too, we really appreciate it.
