Sherry

Sherry is produced within the so called ‘Sherry Triangle’, formed by the cities of Jerez de la Frontera and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and the coastal town of El Puerto de Santa María. The chalky soil of this area is ideal for growing Palomino, representing 95% of the production, alongside Pedro Ximenez (or PX) and Muscat of Alexandria which are mainly used to add sweetness to blends, although varietal wines also exist. Our sherry selection covers all styles of sherry from Manzanilla to Olorosso.
