Product description
A rare white Chinon. Vines planted in a goblet pruning system in Cravant les Coteaux village in Chinon. Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc. Whole bunch pressing and fermentation in barrels for three months. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels before bottling. Very small production annually, between 500 and 800 bottles. Delicate aromas of baked apple and peach, complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine offers a smooth mouthfeel with well-balanced acidity, showcasing flavours of ripe fruits and a hint of minerality.
