Product description
Sourced exclusively from 50-year-old vines located on Premier Cru plots within the Montagne de Reims, including Sacy, Ludes, and Rilly-la-Montagne. The estate uses sustainable practices certified under Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) Level 3. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation to round out the acidity. The wine is aged for five years on its lees. Only the first pressing, or cuvée. Complex aromas of grapefruit, vine peach and mango with nutty and toasty notes and a hint of brioche. Creamy texture beautifully balanced with a refreshing acidity and an incredible length.

80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir from a vineyard in Chigny-lès-Roses on the Montagne de Reims that was planted in 1969. Very dense with real impact on both nose and palate. Not bone dry but chock-full of character and with a very neat mousse. Whistle-clean on the finish. Interesting and not overpriced.
