Product description
Grapes trained in Sylvoz method. Grapes gently pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Nine months maturation on own yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Further refined for 6 months in bottle. It has expressive aromas of pressed flowers and exotic fruits such as pineapple and guava. The palate is rich and full-bodied from the eight months of lees ageing, which adds complexity and a slight creaminess.
