Product description
Machine harvested. Use of selected Pinot Grigio clones from eight years old vines. Grapes are soft-pressed with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Following this process, the wine stays for 6 to 7 months in stainless steel tanks on indigenous yeasts. Rich tropical fruit aroma, hints of flowers, and wild honey. Balanced palate with a zesty, long finish. Intense citrus, tropical fruits, and refreshing acidity.
