Grapes grown in the area surrounding the villages of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the centre of the Prosecco region, which is known for its superior quality. Hand-harvested wih vines of average of 25 years. The whole bunches of grapes are crushed, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Commercial yeasts are used, and the wines remain on the lees for approximately 6 months. Vibrant and elegant, with aromas of white flowers and ripe pear. Crisp acidity leads to a refreshing palate with hints of green apple and citrus zest. A clean, lingering finish.
