Only wine that meets our exacting standards are bottled with the Davy family name on. James Davy and the wine team will either ask producers to blend wine to a specific style, or taste many samples until they are completely satisfied that the wine chosen is indicative of its appellation, and is the very best it can be for the price point.

Selected and blended by James Davy working closely with the Amadieu family of Gigondas. Made with Grenache and Syrah, vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks. A bright southern Rhône style with cherry and blackcurrant aromas, gamey notes and hints of chocolate and liquorice. Full-bodied with a lifted palate and satisfying finish. Ideal with charcuterie, cheeses, grilled and slow cooked meat.
